I shared a can of Carlsberg Special Bru with Blaze Bayley at the Tamworth Rock Festival in 1988. He’s not very tall but has beautiful eyes

I have said it before, and I’m going to say it again, but for the love of the wee man, please stop gatekeeping when it comes to crafting, clothing, cooking et cetera. I have in the past been that person, particularly when it came to yarn, and I was wrong.

Well my life turned on a sixpence today. Long story short but my poor wee cat has stage 2/3 kidney disease. Not what I wanted to hear but at least I know what I’m up against. The rest of the time he has with us is going to be just amazing for him

Yesterday was the Tour de France in Thaon. It was ridiculously hot, an entire family kept us amused all day with music and singing and the ensuing traffic chaos was utterly predictable and should have been sorted
