Personal opinion but nothing I've seen from Battlefield's current pr campaign -- bringing in big humvees, letting press cosplay with military costumes -- has been less cringe than having Nicki in your game. It's just cringe in a way Gamers are comfortable with.

Part of why Netflix seemingly can't produce anything good or memorable is that "showing people exactly what they want" sucks the life out of artistic creation. No one has their life changed by a movie created in a lab to appeal to their exact marketable demographic.
