As she approached EoL, my late wife became allergic to or unable to digest more and more things, which changed our diet increasingly.
After her passing, I have fallen back to "quick and easy" over "nutritious but time consuming," because my problem is a lack of energy for activities of daily life.

I know, this is not motorcycle related, but the majority of my friends are part of the LGBT+ community, and when setting political filters last night, I seem to have missed SCotUS.
