Tried making apple cobbler for the first time today! Definitely a recipe where you need to trust the process haha. No butter and one egg kinda psyched me out, but it turned out GOOD.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the whole moving to another country and learning a new language thing! Honestly kinda surprised it took this long to hit, but also not that surprised. I tend to work on an emotional delay.

I was a teen. We were almost homeless from that crash. Hell, I think living out of a motel for two weeks IS homeless.
We went from upper middle class to below the poverty line. The 2008 recession WAS that bad.
