These are NOT police. These are immigration agents. Do not confuse the two. Here's how you can combat this kind of tactic from a 25+ year retired special agent and current tribal attorney: (1) SPOTLIGHTS: Get yourself strong and powerful spotlights and flashlights--the once that strobe are the best.

Next, why was the shooter then driven away in an ICE vehicle?
Should he not have stayed and been interviewed by local police?
If a citizen did that it would be an additional charge? Leaving a crime scene.
