After almost 2 years, I finally beat Final Fantasy VI ... A lot I loved and a lot I hated, mostly surrounding enemy encounters and difficulty. Really appreciate what this game did though, it's genuinely beautiful and ahead of its time. I can finally move on to another FF though thank god

there are four teams (bills, ravens, lions, vikings) who are really good, really entertaining, have very compelling narratives, and would be exceptionally satisfying to see as super bowl champs. if the chiefs threepeat it will be more annoying and loathsome than anything the patriots ever did

Nintendo Switch 2 rumors! For the interested: I tested a PC with a 20w i3 and an Nvidia a2000, the 75w Turing GPU, earlier this year. Low power DLSS+ Ray tracing to maybe set expectations for switch 2. My thoughts: DLSS is great but not a silver bullet, 30fps best for saving power, excited for T239!

I've lost so many gallons of milk and loaves of bread due to using them slow so putting my bread in the fridge and getting into oat milk has been huge for reducing my food waste.
