The true enemies of a free society are apathy, ignorance, and cynicism. These are powerful forces, but they can be countered somewhat effectively with optimism, curiosity, logic, empathy, and healthy dialogues. Human beings who treat each other with respect can easily discuss many things sensibly.

Even if mental deterioration is partly to blame for this President's extremist far right attempts to break our laws and undermine our Constitution with autocratic methods, there is no excuse for anyone, including his Cabinet or the Speaker of the House, to exploit his weakness for their own gains.

Not keeping up with the obvious mental deterioration of the sitting President by the man who is third in line from the Presidency is a dereliction of duty. The 25th Amendment must be invoked to stop the madman from destroying the country now.

The Speaker of the House is third in line for the Presidency after the Vice President, so it is his duty to be aware of the ever-deteriorating mental state of the President. If Mike is willfully unaware of that decline, then he is completely incompetent and should be asked to resign immediately.

Being Speaker of the House does not give you dominion over television, football, or popular music. His job is to swear in the new Congressmember so the House can vote on releasing the Epstein files and then figure out how to negotiate with others to properly fund the government.

Lutnick said there are videos. Finding out who has the videos now, whether they are in Florida, at the DOJ, at a billionaire's home, in the White House, or in Mar a Lago is important. Is there any way to open new investigations to find out who has those videos now, based upon Lutnick's statements?

Whether this is due to his mental deterioration or merely accelerated by it in combination with his awareness of his growing unpopularity, his mental deterioration is so serious that the 25th Amendment seems like a moral imperative and a necessity to save our country from his madness.

It does seem like the wrong answer to blow up any boats anywhere, if the purpose is to reduce drugs in your country. Reducing drugs in your country is sensibly approached through policing, not military actions resulting in the deaths of human beings who never faced charges, trials, or convictions.

Sixty-six dollars an hour sounds like a minimum fair wage then. Even with what they made, those boomers are running through all of their savings trying to deal with inflation and paying for healthcare. Most of them will be broke before much longer at this rate and with these current policies.

I will also say from experience, that the more people I follow the greater the cacophony of voices becomes in my feed, which is both good and bad. It is truly helpful to be aware of different representatives of different communities, and to follow elected officials and journalists of merit though.
