The area is popular for its mountains, parks, streams, and superb sports and recreational opportunities with easy access to many east coast cities. State College has an excellent school system and offers many cultural events

Victoria is a PhD student in the Molecular, Cellular, and Integrative Biosciences Program within Penn State’s Huck Institutes, and current T32 fellow on our NINDS Cross Disciplinary Neural Engineering Training Program, working on estrogen interactions with PFC brain circuits.

and here is the key, "The clear message to emerge here is that the reporting of both methods and results needs to be improved." does not equal a replication crisis or indicate that studies cannot be replicated. It is a problem. It just isn't that particular problem.
