I started working in political organizing 6 years ago, driven primarily by how much I had been fucked over by the healthcare system as a chronically ill person.
Now, over half of likely voters are right there with me, ready for the change us organizers have fought for. 🥹

Loved Bernie during his first run in high school. Knew someone on the team for his second run, they encouraged me to apply for an internship while I was in college. Got it, moved to Iowa for a few months, had the time of my life and stayed in organizing.

When someone as savvy as MTG - and let’s be clear, I said savvy, not correct or good or anything complimentary of her rhetoric - chooses to do an apology tour on CNN, it’s because they can see the ship has sprung a leak before the rest of the Republican Party does.

If they ban the COVID vaccine y’all will never see me outside again. After 2 COVID infections I lost 2 teeth to root resorption and developed a severe food sensitivity that wrecked my life for months. But sure, let’s worry about an inert form of aluminum more. 🤦🏻♀️
