I don't know why companies like Salesforce are pushing so hard for AI when they cannot make something simple and useful work. Maybe that's how Salesforce determines their strategy? "Hey, the probability of success is 192000%, so it should be good, right?!"

We were waiting out the rain together with Tim Roth near Piccadilly. My stupid brain could not remember any movie with him except Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead

That’s how I read books in English too and it is not a fast process. Frustrating sometimes as I struggle through pages. It is good to know that native speakers do that too.

I am going to London in September and was going to try to go to Arsenal’s match with my son, but 230£ per ticket is insane (for me). In Spain I could probably sit close to a pitch for this kind of money. Good bye, childhood dream, I guess…

Interestingly enough I saw a few such signs near Goodison Park, but none close to Anfield. Maybe they should let the kids play and Everton’s faith will change.

I really love to look for some weird random baseball stuff. Here is a distribution of all events (using Retrosheet data) happened in 2 inning with 2 outs, 2-2 count with runner on 2B. Among Passed balls there is only one case runner was out at home. www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/NYN/NY...

This is how ChatGPT illustrates how TCP and UDP protocols work. I am not an expert in networking but even to me it is gibberish. How this thing can be useful in any practical area I have no idea. Or am I missing anything?

I wonder what makes people say something like this. Can people only be happy when someone else is unhappy or what? But this is a Red Sox fan, so yeah, I guess

Someone said the other day that umpires miss just 4% of ball-strike calls. This is the case where the the stat is actually useless. Here, pitch 7 is a called strike with bases loaded and 2 outs. Not all cases are the same in those 4%
