We developed two novel low-input metabolomics&lipidomics methods(3K&5K cells)to tackle these questions! Among our findings: dietary-derived choline plays a key role in regulating the stemness of both young and aged HSCs!

A vitamin A metabolite can regulate the activity of hematopoietic stem cells and thereby reduce inflammation after a heart attack, ultimately improving heart function in the long term.
