Have just read all of that and am now of the opinion that this is just going to drag on and on and on and the fat cat freeholders will do everything in their power to stall. Meanwhile my lease is getting shorter and shorter and I hang on in quiet desperation waiting to buy my freehold !

If they spent as much money on ensuring the scheme worked than what they do recruiting and enticing innocent future victims the floored scheme may stand a better chance of helping the people it says it can help.

Metro and especially developers' client propagandist hack Andrea Dean pump out this crap at least three times a week. I have never seen them even mention the serious, severe downsides of shared ownership etc. It's effectively advertising so should be governed by the ASA.
