💲 Hardship: The court may consider reducing or forgiving your arrears with proof of #FinancialHardship.

🍼 Mutual Agreement: Forgiveness can be granted with a formal, written agreement from the other parent. This still needs to be approved by the court! Remember, #ChildSupport is the right of the CHILD, not the parent.
