Day 7: Very Merry Monkey a spiced Tripel by Victory Brewing in Downington, PA
Aroma bready with a strong hit of ginger
The ginger goes nicely with vinious flavor of the tripel, can also taste the molasses. Goes down smooth for 9.5% abv
Overall a very nice gingerbread spiced tripel

This is a very flavorful West Coast IPA. The diesel weed dank from the Strata hops hits hard and dominates the beer, very nice

Aroma: Smells like Kahula, the roasted malt and nibs with a bit of booziness
Tastes like a chocolate stout tiny bit of booze on the end. I bet this would be great on nitro

Aroma is malty sweetness, very clean
It’s a crisp, bright lager with a little touch of tartness at the end. Really well done. This beer would do numbers at a summer tailgate. No lime needed
