Aroma is wildflowers and honey

This is a moderately hopped honey blonde, clean malt profile with a little grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Not quite a pale ale, pleasant and crushable

Day 7: Very Merry Monkey a spiced Tripel by Victory Brewing in Downington, PA

Aroma bready with a strong hit of ginger

The ginger goes nicely with vinious flavor of the tripel, can also taste the molasses. Goes down smooth for 9.5% abv

Overall a very nice gingerbread spiced tripel
