Delon Wright takes a hit to the face from Jaylen Clark, is bleeding from his face & mouth at center court. Then is taking back to the locker room with help of teammates and staff. Concerns for concussion too.

Been a physical first half. First TJM, now Wright.

Generally, though, a short shutdown isn't expected to affect most Hoosiers - essential government services will continue operation, though it may prove challenging to, e.g. get a federal gov't employee on the phone. It might also take longer for documents such as passports to be processed.

According to the article, 1 in 7 Hoosiers are experiencing food insecurity. SNAP funding has been approved for the month of October but should the shutdown continue into the coming months, there could be issues. The article says things are "less clear" for programs like WIC, which varies by state.

I don't know how much I'm going to watch of the Finals - I'm personally a little basketball'd out since Pacers season ran right up into the start of Fever season and both teams made deep playoff runs. I want everyone playing to stay healthy through the Finals.

This wasn't the season any of us Fever fans would've expected. Wasn't the way we'd have chosen for it to end. But I'm proud of this team, this scrappy team that plays with so much heart and never says die.
