Out of all the games that are temperamental with multicore cpus, this is honestly the one I have had to fight tooth and nail to get work. Even the Godfather or True Crime LA wasn't this bad. It was worth the struggle tho.

Funnily enough, it was actually easier to get running on the Steam Deck

It plays fine aside from a few quirks control wise. The main hangup is that it was made before multicore processors were commonly used.

So, it struggles with that. The 24H2 build for Win 11 also broke several of the cpu affinity fixes.

Otherwise it's still a really fun game.
