To celebrate finally finishing my new table set I got some little touches to make it feel more useable in them encroaching long nights. The overground tube fabric cushion was more silly a idea but now feels incredibly fitting. Now to make the rest of the space as nice. #woodworking

I kept Des's photo sitting on my computer for a bit before seeking out more references from Abney Park to use for figuring out my own cemetery stone material as my way of learning Substance. He's a treasure trove of material references, and I'd have never discovered Abney Park otherwise!

Full rendered stone material on a substance preview sphere. Mottled grey stone with variations in the darkness and roughness. There are a few large divots from damage. Dark green algae cover much of the lower third, and the top has a patch of crusty lighter green lichen.

Has anyone ever implemented "Projective Displacement Mapping for Ray Traced Editable Surfaces"?
If so, can I get some help? I cant solve these offsets between triangle boundaries for the life of me and I am totally stuck again(this is exactly what stopped me last time),any tips?

My advice to being a artist online and just having a more productive or at least positive time is to make shore you follow people outside of your own industry. Follow illustrators, painter, sculptures, photographers, makers, stonemason's, musicians it dose not matter long as there outside your world
