Saw someone upbraiding someone else for having a hobby while the world is on fire, and, my friends:

1. The world is ever on fire, this is today's conflagration;

2. If you don't find time for rest and joy the fire will consume you;

3. Don't let people shame you for being an entire human.

Also, how are people using GraphQL these days? 1p vs 3p APIs lead to some very different tradeoffs as it pertains to schema design and I’m not seeing a ton of discussion about that.

Like starwars.graphql is good and all, but this seems a bit more involved than that.

Ok this new place is neat and all but I’m really struggling to find the AI peeps I was following in the old place.

Guess it’ll take a minute to have the old place fully churn.
