I’ve seen people lumping in chapo with this and, as annoying and bro-y as they can sometimes be, I think they’re more principled than that
Take: the Leo Frank stuff is a much worse acceleration of left-wing people on Twitter deciding that the word “r-tard” was an acceptable statement to call someone again. There’s a bizarre belief that acting like a neo-Nazi or an alt-righter is liberating in some way way.
