Look what was there from @animeherald.com when I checked my mail today! Reading my backlog of magazines by the fire when I'm camping is a staple for me, so this'll be the first thing I dig into the next time I'm out camping by myself. I'll post some extra photos then, but I can't wait to enjoy it!

If the rumors of a new Haruhi anime are true, I really hope it’s a new season instead of some sort of remake. The original was an incredibly faithful adaptation, and KyoAni’s art still holds up quite well. I not sure there’s really anything to gain out of a remake.

去年やってたわんだふるぷりきゅあから子供とプリキュアデビューしたんだが、本編の終盤心揺さぶられる回が多くて泣かされたな
今年のプリキュアの映画にも助っ人で助けにきてくれたんだが、この子達がいうからこそ説得力がある言葉をラスボスに伝えたシーンでもう耐えきれずに号泣した
プリキュアはいいぞ…

Yes. I do wish that retailers would more often understand that if I'm buying the limited editions, I'd like them sent carefully so I don't end up with dinged corners and other scuffs. Losing Rightstuf who actually put care into packing things safely has been devastating to the anime community.

This is a decision that can only happen when the people who founded the company lost sight of the reason they established this tier / how they themselves started. The whole reason that simulcasting+free ad-supported tiers were innovated in the first place was to deter people from pirating the shows!
Crunchyroll Announced that they are ending the Free Ad-Supported Streaming on December 31st, 2025
(This allowed you to watch certain titles for free without an active sub with ads)

As I was doing some anime holiday shopping today, I tried to use the Crunchyroll Store to see if anything they had there was worth making an order. It's such a bad shopping site now that I cannot even make heads or tails of most things without it trying to sell me useless flak.
