I think we've reached the point where you can't trust any federal police officer ever again, none of them. The trust level is beyond broken. They all go in one bad stinking barrel, stained by the worst of them until they prove otherwise, and they won't.

Most all of the legitimate scholars thought it would hold together. They vastly underestimated the depravity of John Roberts and Mitch McConnell and their willingness to make him a dictator/king. None of it matters now, the bus is now 3/4 of the way off of a vertical cliff.

Without a doubt, it's very easy to break things and certainly looks like we're already in a civil war, with states like Texas willingly attacking Illinois and Oregon. They'd shit a brick if a Pritzker blatantly sent the NG from IL to Texas.
