Why don't I answer my phone if I don't recognize the number? I just checked my voicemail and I had 44 new messages, 36 of which were spam calls specifically offering to finally approve that loan I applied for, which I never applied for.

The reason we have an affordability crisis is because the oligarchs are selling at higher markups and developing luxury only items because a little profit is no longer worthwhile.

It's time to start thinking of what's next. Trump proved the constitution is easily ignored (when you don't have a real congress).
