Pop into someone's office/classroom & ask what you can do to help right now.
They'll probably be taken aback, so suggestions might be - get them a cuppa, tidy up, help out, fix something.

Gorgeous walk this evening, started off with a beautiful pink sky then as dusk fell the bats came out and we finished off with a huge full moon.

Lovely! I think this really gets missed a lot in schools these days, just popping your head round a door to say hi, bringing someone a cuppa, offering to collect someone's photocopying. Little acts of kindness matter.

What did you decide?

I've not gone that way yet. Determined not to whilst the temperatures are high teens by the afternoon. Wearing long dresses with undershorts to keep me warm!

Get well soon - rest seems to be the only thing that is helping people that I know who have had it.
My daughter just told me she slept almost constantly for the last 3 days.

Is it confusing him that it's called Food preparation? Always thought that was a weird name as you obv have to go much further than prepping the food - you have to cook it and clear up after you too!
