I am saddened by that as well. I periodically get a month of KU so I can read those books on my phone, but it makes me so sad that KU is exclusive the way it is.

It took a highly sophisticated Jacquard weave to create the incredibly detailed oranges that form the fabric of of this early 1890s dress. You can almost smell the citrusy peel. There so many details to observe here, the pattern matching, the cuff trim, the drama! #V&A #FashionHistory 🗃️🪡

Every time someone mentions book sales or recommends authors, I check Kobo Plus first and add a book if they are available. If I enjoy the book I add more of their books or the rest of the series. I also sometimes browse the Kobo Plus page and add what looks interesting.

Sounds great! I have so many books. Mostly ebooks but well over 1000 physical books as well. Shhh don't tell Mr L the book cases can actually hold that many.

About a year ago I tried to find her website so I could redownload her scrivener template for romancing the beat and when I couldn't find her website I may have panicked a bit hoping she was okay. This relieves the low key anxiety I've had ever since.
