On the arbitration between the UK and Rwanda: the treaty signed between the UK and Rwanda in Art. 22 provides for disputes to go to the Joint Committee, if that doesn't work after 21 days there's 21 days of consultations and then the possibility to arbitrate under PCA rules.

I'm actually a bit surprised at the lawsuit since the agreement, as far as I know, is a MOU. Perhaps a reminder that the title of an int'l agreement says nothing about its legally binding nature?

What I've been noticing lately in convos with students is that they *despise* the AI-slopification of everything as much or even more than I do. And yet our universities & their admin seem to believe that students for some reason want it integrated into everything. THEY DON'T.
