1. Why haven’t we paid down a cent of the debt?

2. Why can’t we afford to not fuck millions of people over with expiring insurance subsidies?

Seems to me if you're offering a product and don't deliver there needs to be recourse. Particularly when that product is the delivery of health Care! Things used to work and the CEO still lived in bigger houses than us. Stop paying CEOs put the money back in to the delivery system!
