IN A JUST WORLD, with actual Rules Based International Order ( RBIO ) and USA Constitutional Law that would be true. Sadly, because our "Lawmakers": Trump/GOP Republicans, and 6/9 corrupt SCOTUS "Justices", are entirely LAWLESS, the USA is now no longer ruled by our Constitution nor Law of ANY KIND.
