Ain't even the biggest threat.

"A Colder War" fits, I think, set in the 1980s. Mutually Assured Destruction is the threat of unleashing the Lovecraftian horrors discovered by the 1930-31 Antarctic expedition in "At the Mountains of Madness."

Texting a likeminded family member today. Sometimes it’s good to remember that, as an American evangelical, I’m not the one who’s abandoned everything I ever said I believed.

I’ve joked since college that this despair.com poster is my life motto. Little did I know.

If you're exhausted by the state of the world, remember that in just 38 short years, the Vulcan survey ship T'Plana-Hath will land in Bozeman, Montana to establish first contact and lay the foundations of the Federation. May all who celebrate live long and prosper.

I posted this on Facebook in June 2016. Remains the most accurate thing I’ve ever created.

Crenshaw tried to sell the idea that "peace through strength" is why voting for Trump was right and good. I keep an eye on him because I think he's a truly smart policy wonk who's hilariously ill-suited to navigate MAGA World. This was the only thing he posted during SOTU. Deep down, he knows.

The party can’t be salvaged. I said this on FB in Dec 2015 while still a registered Republican. The past 10 years have only demonstrated this truth. It breaks my heart, but we have to be honest. Thank you for being honest.
