Whole institutions and law firms have caved to Toupee Fiasco's demands. They've defied court orders, and still there are people who think a strongly worded statement from Pres. Obama is going to make them listen or change course. Everybody was warned for at least 107 days before November 5.

The repercussions here are profound. Any firm providing assistance to groups or individuals this administration targets or considers an enemy — immigrants, fired workers, journalists — now risks revocation of security clearances, a bar from federal courtrooms, and other crippling penalties.
