Generally it is not the writer that thinks this. It's the base of people the message is pandering to. It's all about pushing the message

"Don't tax pollution, because it drives up the cost of everything. Most importantly food"

All so fat cats can stay wealthy at the expense of everyone.

Anyways, that is a load off. Nothing would have sucked more then losing a months worth of work and starting over.

The above request for "stat display" ideas still stands. Todays work (going till its done) will be building the server and its beefy-boi database.

I was chatting with AI on a hunch. AI mentioned a file that doesn't come with the default template. And lo and behold, adding that file in, fixes the problem.

We are back. Man. 50 plus reinstalls is not fun.

I hope this is the end of it. No more witchcraft please 😂

Yep, but there's been some successful cities, so I guess they're going to clone what they can and and say whoopsie when the eventual civic rights lawsuit comes through.

Isn't it great.

I almost want to train an AI bot to create a daily show like talkshow. There's so much hypocrisy, I can't stomach watching it half the time. I need to offload it onto a robot 😂

Yeah I second that motion.

It's really bad in the programming world as well. They'll just remove something in the middle of the night. After you spent all this time learning it, or they'll make it so bad, that you have to go find something else.

So annoying.

You're getting old. Do you remember where you put your bookmark glasses? Remember when everything was just so much simpler and, not newfangled 😁

You earned it. I got you a card!

Yeah that's clearly my statement. There's a lot to be said about timing in messaging.

Yea another day sunk, no idea what is wrong.

In the interest to not waste time I'm going to build out the public website Autowa.app and just "pretend" the app isn't forked.

If you have any stat ideas now is the time. I'm going to do the heavy duty DB design next.

There is no mechanism of "infinite money" and no accountability to results - either.

If there is no pain for doing destructive behavior, the behavior will continue because they can. If all that is needed is a once monthly kick of the can, that's what we will get, and have got for 6 years.

Communication Director: "We are under a lot of pressure from last nights screw up. My mailbox is full of councilors looking for blood. Lets not acknowledge the train issue, and instead put out this ad. So we can point to it and show them "we are looking for staff" to magically fix our issues"

Now in fairness this is about military private flights, but the remarks remain. It is interesting how history doesnt really change, it just takes on new styles for the era it is in.
