🚇Update, Line 2 Alert: Due to a switch issue, until end of service tonight trains are only serving the southbound platform towards Limebank at the following Stations:

Good news everyone, we're only not delivering 6% of trips.
Strangely though, it seems like everyone you know, and every time you look, you apparently are in that 6%.

- Week of Jan 4 - 467 buses available (daily average); 6% of trips undelivered
- Week of Jan 11 - 498 buses available, 5% of trips undelivered

It's going to be great when we start collecting data. Rather then "police says XYZ" one day every few months.

Transit riders are beyond frustrated and they’re demanding action. And they’re right: when you pay for a service, you deserve to receive that service. My motion is about accountability that leads to reliability — because riders want a system that actually delivers on its promise. 1/
