I mean, okay, it's not that hard to perform security via cameras - but automating surveillance is an effective step.

The risk is laziness, if you expect a machine to capture all the events, then people gaming the machine, will go undetected.

They know what they need to say, but they just don't want to do it, that and many are not basing their choices on the guidelines.

Plus it sounds like we are still paying huge chunks of money to the LRT 1? It seems that P3 didn't protect us as it was supposed to. So great negative investment ♥️

I make this augment a lot. You can travel to another city quicker then it is to get across 38km's within the city.

This current delegate is upset that it's not equitable that low density rural has to pay $11 versus high density transit in the urban paying $4.

Cool. Well they can pay their Levy, and pay for increased Transit and then they can have $4.

Yeeeep. Less creative accounting. More free transit.

We should never be squeezing blood out of poverty. Upwards mobility is absolutely critical, to fight off urban decay.
If your transit fare is so expensive that you need multiple different carve-outs for disadvantaged groups, maybe reconsider the price of your basic fare.

Transit shouldn't be a service of last resort, it should be the primary mode for everyone, and it should be priced to achieve that goal.

We're still at 82% of pre-pandemic. Which means as the city has grown, we are actually still losing modal share.

But of course OC Transpo spinning this as some type of miracle event.

These presentations are always presented as "Hey Boss, look at what we did for you" with a lot of smoke to the posterior.

Constantly reiterating big numbers and how great and awesome we keep doing things.

You could cut these presentations down 40% taking out the fluff and puff.
