Discuss anxiety issues, especially OCD. Want to spread the word that CBT is only a short term fix for anxiety, but doesn't cure it long term, so you will be continually recovering then relapsing. Psychodynamic therapy (psychoanalysis) is the long term cure
Cognitive therapy is almost useless for OCD, as OCD is not a thinking problem but a feeling problem - see below academic paper which challenges the effectiveness of cognitive therapy www.researchgate.net/publication/...

This is because ERP does not deal with the root cause of OCD, which for most people is stress or trauma

ERP is very good at reducing/eliminating the current set of OCD thoughts. But, once you defeat those thoughts, sooner or later, newer OCD thoughts will replace the old ones. So, if ERP is the only therapy you use, you will be stuck in a cycle of recovery and relapse for the rest of your life

But the anxiety is not useless, because it is a warning to the person that unless they fix the root cause of the anxiety, they could be in danger in the future. This future danger comes primarily in two forms: (i) biological exhaustion and (ii) trauma issues

When an individual the gets anxiety, they are not in immediate danger, so in that sense the anxiety is a false alarm. Also, the thoughts that cause the anxiety are nonsensical, so another reason why the anxiety is a false alarm

So, the light seems to know whether it is being looked it or not by a mind. It sounds counter-intuitive, but this experiment has been done hundreds if not thousands of times since the 1850s and the result is always the same

when there is a conscious observer (i.e. a mind) looking at the light, then the light behaves in one way, but if there is no conscious observer, then the light behaves a different way

Furthermore, a famous quantum physics experiment called the ‘double slit experiment’ proves that the non-physical mind can affect reality. I encourage you to search for it online for a fuller explanation, but in essence, the experiment involves sending light through a slit, and

Quantum physics is at this time the most accurate scientific theory. The behaviourists claim to be followers of science, but they are happy to ignore science if it doesn’t suit their agenda

However, quantum physics (which refers to reality at the level of atoms), refutes the behaviourists, because at the level of atoms, everything is non-physical. Therefore, the mind can interact with the brain, because at that level they are both non-physical
