Yeah, I try to avoid them as a few years ago I was in a lot of pain, took pain killers for too long, and ended up with a bad stomach ulcer because of it. Spent months being constantly nauseous. (Paracetamol we call acetaminophen, the biggest brand name being Tylenol, btw)

Yes. I read it not that long ago as there's been the movies and games but I wanted to check out the book before I delved into any of the other stuff. Glad I did, the book gets trippy but it's overall pretty great. Except I thought the ending felt a bit rushed. 😅

I have, yeah, and they're a pain. Like, you set up the light, which wasn't that convenient when I tried it, and then just sit in front of it, basically not able to do anything else, for long stretches of time. Also, didn't seem to affect much. I've had more success with just Vitamin D pills.
