I’m guessing it was an after school special? Pretty sure I watched it in the same health class where we watched the Helen Hunt drug freakout one.

The only thing I remember from it is a kid from the orange group asking his bro, who’s now in another group, to hand him something, and the bro drops it on the floor and says “pick it up, ‘rang.” I saw it in 1996 or so but in my high school that means it was probably from like 1982.

How do you find a double luge partner? Are they paired up by the U.S. Luge Association based on some set of complementary luging skills, or is it more about chemistry?

My point being that there could be a future 250-game winner if there’s a paradigm shift in how pitching rotations work.

No one will ever try it, but I always wonder how it’d work if a team tried a short, all-piggybacked rotation, ie instead of facing the lineup twice through every six days, you do it once through every three days. No more throw days. Target 50 appearances, ~150 innings each for 6 guys.
