Clinicians, esp in hospital: Why is it SO impossible to speak directly, plainly, & clearly to your patients so that they know what is going on? We are on our 3rd situation in a year of elders not getting remotely clear info abt their situations. In 1 case, I 100% know it led to a death. #MedSky
