So if a review talks about the story in the game, should it be reclassified as a story review instead of a gameplay review? If they talk about graphics for a paragraph, should it be a graphics review?
Reviewing games holistically is part of the job description, because games are not just one thing.

For me, it's gotta be Bear Raid or OG Ethnos. For the former, it's because it has such a strange, oddly violent image while the game is just a straight-up stock market game. For the latter, it's for looking like such an epic war game when it's actually just playing card sets and placing neon discs.

Okay! Then I nominate:
1. Unnamed player character goblin from "Wyrmhall: Brush and Banter"
2. Gremlins from "Mother Machine"
3. Peaches from "Spilled!"

@softnotweak.bsky.social I was going to nominate Froggo, but is there a different familiar you think would be better suited? :3

To be crystal clear: if the Dems racking up wins today had taken the breathless advice of opinion columnists and thrown immigrants and trans people to the wolves, they would have lost today. They won because they didn’t.

Probably wouldn't stand up to multiple disassemblies/reassemblies, but if you just wanted it as a display piece, it could work.

Probably worth doing some tests to see how well it would work, but I wonder if it would be possible to build it, remove the non-black/white pieces (e.g. eyes, nose, etc), and spray paint the rest of the model black (and thrown on a coat of varnish for good measure).
