Some things I've been thinking about at work;
"Do they value you or the work you do?"
I was originally thinking about this in regards to employees and their jobs, but I think it's important in all kinds of other relationships too. If they care about you, they'd show it through their actions.

I want to start posting here more. It feels like a much safer space, and I want to initiate more interaction. Even if it's just random thoughts, to get a conversation going ✌🏻
