I'd love to use independent bookshops but most of them have access like this so I can't get in. See also independent coffee shops.
This isn't a criticism of these specific businesses, just an observation of the kind of premises so many independent businesses operate out of.

Can't believe it's taken me years to get round to seeing The Lady of Shallot by Waterhouse in person. Was introduced to it when doing Tennyson for O-level last century
