Yes. This is also what all the demands to show "gratitude" and this obsession with hierarchy is about.

For a long time they were able to engineer and perpetuate absurd expectations of Black silence and/or obeisance.

A lot of their brains broke when POC on social media simply ... did not do this.

The reason a lot of white people can operate in the privilege of a comment like “we used to be able to have dissenting opinions & now they break friendships” is because the people of color in the room had to be silent in order to remain in the room safely.

Right?? I like the story way more, too. It feels more cohesive. Combat is so smooth now, with new mechanics that don’t overwhelm. Like, did they want them to raze their game completely? 😂 it’s absolutely lots “new to see here”
