Blue Sky after Twitter is like the bit in Threads where it says ‘population now reduced to medieval levels.’ But in a nice way. Not in the eating radioactive sheep carcasses way.

Good morning to all our new followers overnight.

For those of you who are new to Little Toller, we’re an award winning indie publisher from rural West Dorset I’m Gracie. I started LTB with my husband Adrian 16 years ago.

It’s a beautiful morning cold and frosty.

Now dashing for the school run.

Loving our new office space in the swallow barn, insulated with hemp, painted with lime, a log burner for heat.

We’ve made a swallow hotel so they can still nest here, with their own entrance.

It’s simple but perfect.

At the time @zoecrowther.bsky.social’s piece was published, there were no Conservative MPs on this website

Now there is — hello @benobesejecty.bsky.social!
A nuanced @zoecrowther.bsky.social piece exploring whether Westminster has crossed the Rubicon on X / Bluesky

Some MPs say this week has been a "tipping point"

But others are reluctant to quit the former, & left-wing MPs acknowledge the risk of an echo chamber

A grown-up & much better-informed improvement on my last Badenoch tweet…
I'm not making any effort to get behind the paywall to read the content, but from the headline this looks like the 'free gifts' school of trade deals that came crashing down with Australia, and we're expecting to believe that the US would be generous?

Twitter, as we knew it, no longer exists. “X” is a cesspool of misinformation and propaganda.

I’ve been reluctant to put a lot of energy into a “Twitter alternative” because none of them have taken off.

But I hope we can regain that global conversation someplace again. Maybe this is the place.
