ICE and National Guard are killing the local economies of LA, DC, Portland, Memphis, Chicago and Minneapolis.

"- Make SCOTUS appointees apolitical, chosen by their peers, or an independent body." SCOTUS selected regularly by an independent judicial committee is much better. That's how it's done in the UK, where their SC is far less political and functions like a SC, not a legislative body as SCOTUS does..

As an outsider, may I make a few suggestions to mull over:
- Forbid the election of a POTUS with a criminal record.
- Make SCOTUS appointees apolitical, chosen by their peers, or an independent body. Set a maximum term of 10 years.
- Give the new SCOTUS the power of Presidential impeachment.

There are many ways of fighting propaganda but a big one is enforcing antitrust law. Media corporations are too big and too consolidated and too incentivized to traffic in lies. They must be broken up into little pieces, like Ma Bell back in the day.
