America needs an Attorney General who:
1) will read a law,
2) understand what she is reading, and

As I sit here feeding another outdoor cat that could be a stray or someones pet....I get more pissed off.
Stop letting your cats be outdoor.
It's bad for their health.
If you can't handle entertaining your cat indoors, than dont have one.
