Update: In the evidence preservation lawsuit, the current Civil Chief at the Minnesota U.S. Attorney's Office (who appears to be Ana Voss, based on the letter), refused to accept email service of the lawsuit last night and then refused to accept in-person service until Monday.

This is a lie. Administrative warrants are issued by the agents themselves. There's no process behind it and no admin judge is involved.

You cannot make deals with fascists. They will always lie and cheat. This "deal" is capitulation, there will never be a fix to the ACA passed by a republican congress. Mainline dems need to learn that compromise with the GOP is impossible and behave accordingly.

My boomer trait is that I just wont use "AI" tools even if they are benign or helpful. Not out of a moral position but because I dont trust their output even a little bit.
