A California judge ruled Tesla should face a 30-day suspension of its licenses to sell and manufacture cars in the state because of deceptive marketing around “Autopilot” and “Full Self-Driving."

If the marketing issue isn't settled in 60 days, the 30-day suspension will ensue.

Last month, Denny's was bought out by private equity in a $620 million deal.

Now the company is closing 150 locations.

It's the latest chain to be swallowed by private equity and see numerous workers lose their jobs.

It's day TWENTY-FIVE of our national ULP strike.

You know our baristas are dedicated when they're running picket lines in these freezing temps. ⛄️ We're ready to keep fighting until Starbucks stops union busting and delivers a fair contract! #NoContractNoCoffee

Netflix’s acquisition of Warner Bros would be the latest in this harmful trend — and could kill the movie theater industry.

If Netflix gets their way, their increased domination would make things worse for viewers and artists.

Amazon has now backed out of this project after sustained community opposition.

But this fight isn't over, and another tech giant could try to step into Amazon's place.
Tucson residents fought back against Amazon’s secretive plans to build a data center in the desert — and won.

But now, in a blatant attempt to override the City Council and the will of the people, Amazon and the project’s developer is pushing ahead anyway.

Where do I even begin? Guillermo del Toro @realgdt.bsky.social has created an absolute masterpiece. I only wish I’d had the chance to experience it on the big screen. The story of Frankenstein has been told countless times, but never like this.
