A man whose convictions for storming the U.S. Capitol were erased by President Donald Trump's mass pardons has been arrested on a charge that he threatened to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. Christopher P. Moynihan is accused of sending a text message on Friday noting that Jeffries, a New York Democrat, would be making a speech in New York City this week. “I cannot allow this terrorist to live,” Moynihan wrote, according to a report by a state police investigator.

Thx Ginny. Good question. Unstacking is critical but a large % of the 90 million non-voters in 2024 must show up for mid-terms & 2028. Too many Dem leaders r unfocused & relentless GOP voter suppression efforts at the fed/state level are having the intended effect.

Andrea I could not agree more. I heard you on BPR. Isn't our only option to unstack the court? I look at all these decisions as the new Lochner court. Assuming we continue to have free and fair elections and can ever regain control. ... but we can't just give up. Thanks for being one of the best.
