Now that there's 30 episodes of @whatsallthispod.bsky.social I decided to see how the guests rank episode topics compared to @libbycwatson.com and @coollike.gay. Guests and hosts rankings are strongly correlated, but guests tend to rank the topics higher. Categories are arbitrary ones I decided on.

Some of the conversation on a recent @friends-table.bsky.social Perpetua episode about item descriptions reminded me of the end notes of a @fieldnotesbrand.bsky.social notebook. It made me imagine the company selling all the basic adventurer gear was including helpful product guides.

I have two decks still assembled from back when I used to play magic about a decade ago. Time has been much kinder to one than the other, in terms of retaining value.

I love Spotify wrapped because it shows how little I actually listen to music. I'm just glad my podcast player app doesn't do a wrapped to say how many days worth I've listened to.

Really sad to see @thestorygraph.com go in on AI. Especially because this feature seems so pointless. Books already have a description and reviews right below this, why do I need AI to summarize it?
