I only saw the ‘05 Pride and Prejudice for the first time last year, and then and now on a rewatch I think Sutherland’s last scene is some of his best work. Better maybe even than the novel, he conveys Mr. Bennet cares just as much about the rules and a weight lifts off him learning about Darcy
