Just watched the video of the ICE agent’s body cam. He easily steps out of the way. Didn’t need to shoot. And after shooting calmly calls her a “fucking bitch” and does not seem in shock or scared at all — so yeah I just don’t think that sounds like a man imminently fearful for his life.

#ProgressiveChristians we have all but handed Biblical authority to the Christo-Fascists bc of our fear to speak of it seriously, bc we’ve given up any claim of its authority in our lives or churches, and because we have abandoned its teaching in our homes for fear of "indoctrinating" our children.

If this gets worse & the Christo-Fascist regime comes for me. I want to publicly proclaim how honored I will be to die living exactly as who God made me to be, helping others be exactly who God made them to be. I will have lived a good life striving always to honor God & follow Jesus.

If you are a #pastor or #clergy in the US, whether Republican/Democrat, you should be deeply disturbed by Trump’s response to Bishop Budde’s homily. We are in an era where anyone who dares preach the truth found in the Gospel will be labeled apostate if/when that Gospel doesn’t align w/ Trump.
