I am deeply saddened that when a lovely soul dies, the only thing that matters to Mr. Trump is whether her father was a huge fan of him. It demeans her value as an image bearer of God. As believers in the Word of God, Christians are not called to glory in the death of others. Renee deserves honor
Trump just spoke about Renee Good and spent most of his economy of words on how sad it is that her dad was... a huge Trump fan. Not that his child is dead. Not that she was killed by the federal government. That he's a Trump fan.

One of the central tenants of Christianity is that OUR morality will never meet God’s holy standard. If we judge our actions only by our own morality we are destined for moral depravity. I wish those who proclaim the Christian faith could agree on that simple understanding.

It is ironic that many Americans are waking up to a truth that many African-Americans have known for some time. The corruption in the police state will advance the same playbook to defend their own and justify unjust uses of force. (1/5)

As a law school graduate and public theologian, i am deeply disappointed in the nation's high court (SCOTUS). As the commentator has noted, this same issue came to the Supreme Court under other administrations, but they are deciding this principle under the most likely administration to abuse it.
